Find us at Al Bustan Centre
Al Bustan Centre, Block 6, 3rd Floor, Al Qusais 1, Dubai, UAE
Use Block 6 and go to the third floor. For a first visit, contact the Arrow Head team before travelling so they can confirm your appointment and share any building-entry instructions. A viewing is the best way to assess the office, shared spaces and the route your team will use every day.
Open directionsNear Al Nahda Metro
Arrow Head’s main website identifies Al Nahda Metro Station as a nearby connection. This can be helpful for colleagues and clients who use public transport, and gives you another option when planning meetings or a daily commute.
Try the walking route during your viewing and check the station entrance that suits your journey. Actual travel time depends on the route, pace and current transport conditions, so plan with a live map or transport service.
Arriving by car
The business center lists both RTA public parking and building parking. Ask about the nearest entry, current parking charges and whether your proposed office package includes an allocated space. Visitor arrangements may differ from tenant arrangements.
Consider the journeys that happen most often: your team’s commute, client visits and supplier deliveries. Visiting at your usual travel time gives you a clearer picture than estimating from distance alone.
Make the most of your viewing
Tell us your team size, preferred move-in date and any access or mobility requirements. The team can help plan a visit and explain which spaces are available. Published contact hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; confirm appointment availability before travelling.
Bring our office viewing checklist and read the rental cost guide to prepare your questions.
